These terms govern your use of the NOOK Decor Elements website and the purchase of any NOOK products. By placing an order or using the site you agree to these terms. NOOK Decor Elements FZE LLC is registered in the United Arab Emirates.

Every NOOK product is made to order. Colours, finishes and small details may vary slightly between pieces — this is a natural part of handcrafted production and not a defect.

Prices are displayed in AED and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order in the event of a clear pricing or stock mistake; in that case your payment will be fully refunded.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully captured.

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. Estimated production time is 3 business days and delivery typically takes a further 2 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Made-to-order pieces are final sale. Damaged or defective items are covered — see our Return Policy for full details and how to contact us.

NOOK's liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
