Our policy
We want you to live with NOOK pieces for years. If a piece is not quite right, we accept returns on in-stock items within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unused and in its original packaging.
Final-sale pieces
Made-to-order, custom, commissioned, and limited-edition pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
How to start a return
Email returns@nookdecor.com with your order number and the piece you wish to return. We will respond within one business day with a return authorisation and instructions.
Return shipping
Return shipping is arranged by the customer using an insured carrier of their choice. For larger or fragile pieces, we recommend the same white-glove service that originally delivered the piece; we are happy to coordinate.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of the returned piece arriving back at our atelier in its original condition. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or faulty pieces
If a piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will replace, repair, or refund the piece — whichever you prefer.
