Where are NOOK pieces made?

NOOK is designed in our United Arab Emirates atelier. We work with a small circle of artisans across the region and Europe. Each piece is finished by hand in our studio.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide via insured premium carriers, with white-glove delivery available on larger sculptural pieces. Customs duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout where possible.
How long does an order take?

In-stock pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order and limited-edition pieces typically ship in 2–6 weeks; the lead time is noted on each product page.
Are the pieces one-of-a-kind?

Many of our pieces — especially sculptures and original artworks — are hand-finished or numbered editions. Small variations in tone, texture, and finish are part of the character of the work.
Can I commission a custom piece?

Yes. We work on bespoke pieces and small-edition collaborations for private residences, hospitality, and interior design projects. Please write to trade@nookdecor.com.
Do you offer trade pricing?

How are pieces packaged?

Every NOOK piece is hand-packed in protective materials and shipped in custom crates where required. Sustainability matters — we use recyclable packaging wherever possible.
What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on stocked pieces within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order, custom, and limited-edition pieces are final sale. Full details on our Returns page.
