NOOK ships worldwide from our UAE atelier. Available destinations and rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the dimensions of the pieces in your order.

In-stock pieces are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order and limited-edition pieces typically ship in 2–6 weeks; the exact lead time is noted on each product page. Once dispatched, premium courier delivery normally takes 3–7 business days within the GCC and 5–12 business days internationally.

Larger lighting, sculpture, and wall art are delivered via a white-glove service that includes scheduling, two-person delivery, in-room placement, and removal of packaging. White-glove service is available across the UAE and in select international cities — please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

Where possible, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. For destinations where this is not supported, duties and taxes may be due on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your piece has been dispatched. For white-glove deliveries, our team will be in touch directly to schedule.

Every NOOK piece is packed with care and fully insured in transit. If a piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
