We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Every NOOK product is made to order. Production takes 3 business days, followed by approximately 2 business days for delivery inside the UAE — an estimated total of 5 business days from order to doorstep.

Larger lighting, sculpture, and wall art are delivered via a white-glove service that includes scheduling, two-person delivery, in-room placement, and removal of packaging. Available across the United Arab Emirates — please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

Where possible, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. For destinations where this is not supported, duties and taxes may be due on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your piece has been dispatched. For white-glove deliveries, our team will be in touch directly to schedule.

Every NOOK piece is packed with care and fully insured in transit. If a piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
